· Output: Complete real-world project (with measurable outcomes), formal recommendation letter from company mentor, and a certificate of completion.

· Duration: 2 months long, fully online.

· Structure: Weekly 1-hour check-ins with company mentor and 5-10 hours of additional independent work per week.

· Additional Support: Dedicated program manager for any issues with the program or questions related to professional development.

Designed for motivated students looking to be matched with a leadership team of a startup in their area of interest. Students will collaborate with their team to complete a meaningfull, real-world project that generates positive value for the company. Our internship network program works with a pool of over 200 startups in industries from business and finance to fashion to environmental science and more.

Unlike summer enrichment programs, internships offer real-world industry experience.  They’re ideal for students interested in practical applications of their skills rather than purely academic enrichment. Students will complete an intensive, meaningful project for their assigned company that has measurable outcomes and earn a certificate.  Universities appreciate hands-on experience and internships demonstrate initiative and career exploration which can be discussed in their application essays and interviews.
